What to Report

Below are the areas of reporting for our 2025 Camp Evangelism Reports. There have been some edits from the 2024 report forms so be sure and read all the categories and details.

Note: last year we tried a Specialties Camp Report. This year’s plan to include your Specialties Camp numbers with your regular Summer Camp Report, or email Tracy Wood your written report.

Timeframe for Report

Report should be from end of Labor Day Sept. 2, 2024 to end of Labor Day Sept. 1, 2025.

When to Report

September 2 to October 20, 2025, deadline. Preliminary results will be presented at the AACP Convention and to division, union, and conference administrators.
