Mission Statement

To provide leadership development and resources that support our union leaders, mentor our conference leaders, and serve our church leaders to disciple Seventh-day Adventist children, teens and young adults in their faith, hope and wholeness in Jesus Christ.

Our Strategic Focus

• Support – Together in Mission with other NAD departments, we support our union youth & young adult ministries directors.
• Mentor – Together in Mission with our union directors, we mentor our conference youth & young adult ministries directors.
• Serve – Together in Mission with our union and conference directors, we serve all our church leaders.

#OneTeam Network Initiative

#OneTeam is the network of youth and young adult ministry leaders throughout the North American Division (NAD). It includes local church leaders and pastors, as well as conference, union, and division youth and young adult ministries directors, associates, and assistants. #OneTeam continues to be the initiative that unifies youth and young adult ministries throughout the NAD regardless of the level of leadership one serves. We are #OneTeam!
